When you refer a friend or colleague to us, we send a personalized introductory email and follow up with a phone call from one of our experienced Client Consultants. We hope we’re a good fit but if we’re not, we always part ways as friends.

After the directly referred Billing Manager client has entered twenty-five (25) contracts within three (3) months of service, Member Solutions will award $250 USD to the referrer and $100 USD to the referred client. An additional $250 USD will be awarded to the referrer after the directly referred Billing Manager client has entered fifty (50) contracts within six (6) months. Rewards for Member Manager referrals will be applied after the directly referred client has completed implementation and has arranged to process payments through Member Solutions or its preferred merchant provider within three (3) months of service. Rewards for Event Manager referrals will be applied after the directly referred client has hosted a paid event within three (3) months of service. Rewards only apply if the directly referred subscriber is a first time Member Solutions user and indicates they were referred by you during the first contact with a Member Solutions representative.
